1999 S70 Police package is exactly what? S70 1999

Anybody in UK or Canada who can tell me what differences there are between the base S70T5 and the Volvo Police Package for '99 as it came from the factory? Had local dealer check, but he says because the car was originally sold in a different market area, all he can get is an abbreviated list showing that it was built as a "police" model, has air, "radio ready", and "police upholstery " [i.e., fabric]. The Volvo police car distributor in Canada who did the initial import is out of business.
I am told that it has heavy-duty suspension, radiator, oil coolers, and R chip, but it's the first front-wheeler I've driven, so I can't tell if there's a difference. I can see that the battery is HUGE, but don't know if that's a police thing or a Canadian option. I don't want either to order unnecesary aftermarket mods or get it into the shop and come out with downgrades if it needs repair and I don't have all the correct part numbers and specs.
I've had it about 6 months and love the car--it's ...uh...rather swift and corners like a mad rattlesnake. I don't need any engine mods--so far just Magnefine filters and OEM strut brace.
TIA
