Just bought '96 850 Turbo Wagon, doesn't heat like my '98 V70. Thermostat? 850 1996

Greetings,

Yesterday I picked up a Red 850 Turbo Wagon (55k miles - not bad). I bought it to replace my '98 V70 GLT AWD which I'll now be selling. Today in Cincinnati it was about 17 degrees F, and I noticed the 850 does not blow hot air like the V70. I've never changed a thermostat, but I'm a somewhat experienced shade-tree mechanic. Do I need to step up to a hotter thermostat, or is this a common problem? As always, thanks for your guys' replies.
