Thanks for all of the enlightening responses!! I posted original on Friday and I am looking at it on Monday. 17 responses!! I hit a sensitive one!!

BTW, there is no need to go back to the original homebuilder to have house repainted!! They are out of business, like most of the smaller builders here in the East. They would end-up screwing up the repaint like the original paint anyway!!
