hard shift into reverse on my 850 850 1994

hello everyone

this is my first post. on my 1994 850 turbo, recently the shifting into Reverse (from any gear be it Park, Neutral, or Drive) is very harsh and is causing the car to go "CLUNK". dealer replaced tranny mount and engine mount, but the problem persists!

any suggestions? (by the way, all other gears are smooth)
