Oil Plug Leak 850 1997

My '97 850 has been an excellent car after more than 78K miles. I've had a re-occuring problem through the years that has gotten worse. After some of the oil changes at the dealer, I found small oil drips in the garage coming from the Oil Pan plug/nut. I usually take it back and they tighten it and the leak goes away. During the most recent oil change, same thing, although this time after the re-tightening, it still leaked!! Does anyone have experience with this? Can it be fixed with a new plug?
