Code 410 (Secondary Air Injection Fault) V70-XC70 1998

I got the 410 code (secondary air injection fault). My understanding is that the system operates for only 2 minutes after starting the engine but the CEL got turned on after at least of 15 minutes highway driving and the engine was idling as I was waiting for the traffic lights. It happened twice already and the situation was identical (after 15 to 20 minute highway driving and idling). Could there be something else?
Six months ago I had a code 433 (rear knock sensor). The code (CEL) was setting when the car was accelerating. I fixed it by changing distributor cap and a rotor, so this time I'm a little suspicious.
