Drive BOTH, first... S80

Despite what the other two fellow bricksters have suggested to you, I would encourage you to drive both 2002 models; first the 2.9 and then then the T-6. Until MY2001, the 2.9 was indeed a slug. If you had the time (and could) you should drive first a 2001 2.9, then a 2002 2.9 and then a T-6. The improvement in acceleration from the 2001 2.9 to the 2002 model is dramatic. It is extremely quick and the torque comes up right away. And here is another incentive; the T-6 model (comparably equipped) will set you back an additional $3,700. In MYs 1999, 2000 and 2001 it was, perhaps, worth it especially for someone like you who was used to the torque of a turbo engine. Now, the gap has been narrowed.
