Help! 850 Turbo Oil Leak 850

I have a 1996 850 turbo wagon, 133,000 miles. It started blowing smoke after the turbo came on and was dripping puddles of oil out of the intercooler up at the radiator. I pulled the turbo and had it rebuilt at Majestic turbo in texas (found that on another thread here). I just installed the turbo and took a test drive - it now has a worse (very heavy) oil leak through the intercooler at the radiator!! it doesn't seem to blow smoke when the turbo is on however.. what is going on?? did they do a bad rebuild? I am absolutely stumped, any ideas would be appreciated.
