70W H7 bulbs from IPD S70 1998

Does anyone already have or know of these bulbs (H7 70W Metal White @ $24 each)? IPD claims 30% more light but what about about issues with heat? Also, how does it compare with the H7 VisionPlus bulbs which claims 50% more light at the normal 55 watts? IPD says they have satisfactorily tested this product before making them available. With DRLs I feel the VisionPlus bulbs will hold out longer. Opinions please?
