How do I remove power window switch? V70-XC70

My front passenger window switch works to make the window go DOWN but not UP.

I want to take it out and attempt a cleaning.

All I see in there is one screw under a small cover in the depression right behind the switch itself.

I removed that screw, but the switch and surrounding trim was still in there as tight as ever.

I'm hesitant to pry with much force for fear of scratching/breaking something.

So...

How do I get that power window switch out?
