Traction contol on all the time, yes or no? 850

No, you are not wearing out TRACS by leaving it on, Traction control uses the Anti-lock breaking system in your car to control wheel spin. You might often need TRACS more in the spring and summer during heavy rainfall, TRACS is not on all the time, when you turn on the switch and you see the Orange indicator light that just means it is on standby waiting for the speed sensors at each wheel to tell it when it needs to activate. So just leave it on, it does come in handy in some low-speed driving situations.
