Please explain why chager 6amp said low 2amp show full ?? 850

It sounds like your charger is working perfectly. I think you need to read the charger's manual to understand what is happening and I think you are misinterpreting what the meter is saying.

The meter you are reading does NOT show how charged the battery is. It shows the amperage flow to the battery. As a battery becomes charged, that flow will decrease so, in fact, the meter will have a lower number. In fact, the meter shows just the opposite of what you think it is showing.

The 6 amp versus 2 amp relates to the maximum charging rate. So, at a 6 amp rate, if, because of the state of charge of the battery, the battery was charging at 1.5 amps, you would see the needle about a quarter of the way up. When you switch to 2 amps, the meter would move to three-quarters of the way up, which is exactly what your charger is doing.
