Shock Mount 850 1995

Worst case is that the rubber deteriorates from rubbing against itself, the strut becomes looser, and trying to make that turn, you lose control and total your car.

I would drive it for a week at reduced speed, but nor for a month or two.

If you are a competent mechanic you can buy the part ($30) rent a spring compressor at your local auto parts store ($5) and then replace it yourself. It should take about 3-4 hours. Just be sure to put the whole front end up on jackstands otherwise you will have to fight with the swaybar links. It's cheap insurance and brings peace of mind.
