Factory Fog Light Switch? 850

I think the Volvo OEM switch is only $15-20. Depending on whether you want independent use of foglights, you'll probably find your car pre-wired for the oem foglight package. (Fellow brickster "Erlend" discovered this, plus a special jumper you have to connect under the dash.)

Factory foglight wiring requires headlights to be on (US) or foglights (EU).

Using n0v8or's wiring diagram and $15 worth of parts, you can use the OEM switch and part of the pre-existing wiring to get completely independent use of the foglights. And they'll go off when you turn off the ignition.
