Replace rotors at 20K...............but WHY? V70-XC70 2001

Since you work at a dealership, you should recognize that this owner has 20K on the car, and rotors are subject to the 12K/12month warranty limitations. Perhaps your dealership bends the rules, but strictly speaking, at 20K, rotors are NOT covered.
