Speedometer not working 850

Wiring/connector problem. Check continuity with ohm meter.
Combined instrument (gauge cluster) fuse blown. Check/replace (on rear of gauge cluster).
Speedometer sensor failed. Sensor is on rear of differential.
Speedometer sensor out of adjustment. There is a clearance spec (!!!!) for gap between sensor and differential gear teeth. Shims available through dealer.

This is a low-voltage circuit (+/-0.5v sine wave), so it is sensitive to bad connections.
