Lots of little things breaking on my 850 850 1994

Recently, a lot of things have been going wrong with my 850 and I need some help.

1.) The latch on my glove compartment no longer works. How can I get it open and what do I do once it is open? What parts am I going to need to have replaced?

2.) Every time I turn on my headlights, the orange light on the dash lights up. After some driving, it goes off. I have replaced the bulb a few times and it seems to me that there is bad contact. What should I do to remedy the problem?

3.) When it rains hard, and I mean really hard, my turn signals no longer work. Has anyone every seen this? What type of a repair is this? How much should this cost? How hard is it to fix?
