96 850 Won't Defrost Even With AC Compressor Running 850

I have a strange problem with the defrosting of the interior of my 96 850. When the defroster is running, with or without the AC compressor on, the inside of my windows always have moisture on them. I can't get the windows defrosted. I am constantly looking through a small defrosted hole on the windshield to drive. I don't think it is the typical leaking heater core. I'm not losing coolant, I don't smell glycol inside the cabin, and I don't see any coolant on the floor.
Any ideas??
