Rough Idle 850 1994

Hi,
For the last week, my 96 850 turbo idles rough when started in cold weather. (It's only been cold, so I don't know if this would happen in warm weather.) After it's warmed up, it's fine. Also, if I rev the engine a bit, it acts normal, but when it comes back down to idle, it's very rough again. I have replaced the spark plugs for starters, but no luck. This car has 75K miles on it. Thanks for any help! Joe
