Cody,
I have the same problem. I USED to have those lights lit up, but then they dissappeared. Don't laugh. Now comes the funny part. Whenever I slap the side of the gear selector thing, it lights right up. I do this everyday!!! Give it a shot. It works for me!! It's probably just a bad connector that needs a little slap in the ass every now and again. Let me know if it works!!!
