What's an E-code lens? 850 1994

Alcohol probably wouldn't do. There's a small amount of buffing (microabrasive) and a sealant in the good stuff.

I used Novus #1 (cleaner) and #2 (polish). (I used #3 scratch remover on my badly pitted foglight lenses.) You can probably pick these up at a serious craft store like A.C. Moore. The aeronautical industry uses these products for lexan windshields and canopies, so airport supply places would also be good places to look.

Another recommended product (don't know where to get it) is Prist Acrylic, Plastic and Glass Cleaner (spray) PPG L555-A1-387A, Prist Plastic Polish (liquid), Fed Spec PP-560B) PPG -555B-1A-1187A or Micro-mesh Scratch Removal and Restoration Kit KR-70
