S70 fog lights, wiring harness S70

I'm thinking about adding fog lights to my 98 S70. When changing the oil I noticed wires down by the holes in the bumper where the stock fog lights would mount, and I assumed (am I right) that these wires are for that purpose, and that the rest of the wiring must be installed also?

If I pop out one of the blank switch panels on the dash to the left of the steering wheel will I see the connector used for the fog light switch, and is it as easy as buying a Volvo switch, connecting it to the connector, installing the lights, and I'm there? (probably not, but maybe!)

If that isn't the case, has anyone ever installed fog lamps and used the rear fog lamp switch to control the front fog lamps? I figured the rear fog lamp switch is already there and there is power to it, and I could just tap off the power-out wire and run it to the front fog lamps.

Last question, any recommendations on after-market fog lamps that fit well in the front bumper fog-lamp cutouts?

Thanks
