driver's seat a little loose, now same with passenger seat 850

Ever since I bought my '96 850R a year ago the power driver's seat has had a little play in it. It will rock back and forth ever so slightly on acceleration and braking. Now the passenger seat is doing the same thing only a little bit worse. I know that the real fix is to have the rails replaced. Does any one know how much this costs per seat? Also, I have heard of some cheap DIY fixes. Anyone care to describe those to me?
