Volvo Spark Plug, New Design ? 850 1995

I purchased the spark plugs from dealer for 90k miles tune up. My wagon is NA and the plug are different than traditional single ground electrode one. It has 3 ground electrodes similar to Bosch's latest 4 ground electrodes plug. No need to gap the plug at all.

When did Volvo change the plug to this new design ?
