Transmission bump when cold S70 1999

Greetings, The last two mornings when I start up overnight cold, and it is at idle just above 1000 RPM's, when I shift into Reverse, I get a big bump. Is this a sign of transmission failure? Also in Drive, when I slow down quickly, I also get a bump as the trans shifts down. It just started doing it this week after 2 1/2 years of perfect shifting.
