Help!! Ignition key turning but not starting! C70

Please help me... I turned the key an it's not starting it'll keep turning around an around. I can turn it back a couple of and then turn it forward it sum x start but then get stuck, I have turn turn it 2 stop making the starting noise... Do i have 2 take it 2 the dealer the part is $400.
