Fixing curb rub on Volans 850

Hi folks,

I'm looking into a set of Volans. They are straight but have curb rub almost all the way around each wheel... from the pictures I can see at least.

If the rub is generally just scratches and not too deep, what should it cost, per wheel, to fix? And what would the fix be on these?
