More on possible purchase... why different curb weights? 850 1995

went on volvo's owner site and checked on the curb weights and it's around 3200 lbs for curb weight for 1998 as well as 2001. you might wanna get a later year c70 HPT, i remember the c70 had been delayed quite a bit because of structural problems, most likely with the convertible, but in any case...might wanna look for later years. also, as a side note cause u'r looking for manual, later years provided c70 hpt with optional 5 speed automatics, compared to early years where it was only optional 4 speed automatic. all years had 20 mm front and rear sway bars.
