Max Boost on 1997 850 T5 850

I have a 1997 850 T-5 bone stock, fully tuned up with full synthetics, and also a K&N Air filter. I was wondering when I get my manual boost controller what the highest boost setting was that I would be able to run before I had problems. I know that most chipping companies go with 13.3psi but I was wondering if 14 or even possibly 15psi would work? I always run 91octane premium (highest grade i cant get in cali unless I got to the airport and get 108 octane) will this be enough to acheieve that psi? Also I heard that each 1psi raised on an 850 about ~7hp is gained, is this close to correct? Thanks again
