Too much stress on the strut tower? 850

Hi all

today, I was doing some misc. cleaning of my engine bay, and I noticed something odd. On my right strut tower, there was an odd bump, that was in the form of a vertical line, that went around my strut tower. Since i have an omp brace, springs and shocks, i think there is too much strees on the strut tower, therefore it kinda "mis-shaped" a bit. Any ideas?
