Suspension, Koni Bilstein?!? S70 1998

Ok, I've got a 1998 S70 T-5 and I want to do my suspension. First I am doing a strut bar, then H+R progressive springs. As for shocks/Strust i have no idea. I want to increase my cars road holding on the track to MAX. i dont care about ride quality. i want to use my vehicles total handling potential without going for expensive coil overs. i have heard that a bilsten front , bilstein rear set up works well, but what about the Koni adjustables front and rear? also -volvospeed recommends koni adjustable up front and bilstein rear - what do you all think ?
