Wow, Roosevelt Raceway! You're showing your age (and location fellow LI'er).

I don't care about brand as much as I want 100% carnuba.

Also, putting it on with your fingers is a tip I got a few years back. I did it with my motorcycles-less painted area. It gets you VERY familiar with every inch of the car. Something about the oil from fingers helping or something. Don't recall now, but it sure was a sensual wax job! ;-)
