850 Four Lug Wheels 850 1993

Hello-
I am new to the list so am not familiar with how it works, but I have a question about 850 wheels.
My '93 850 GLT has its original six spoke four-lug wheels. My understanding is that the four-lug wheel was used only for 1993 and that from 1994 onward (until when I am not sure) a five-lug wheel was used.
Could someone confirm or correct this understanding?
Also, what is the standard wheel size for this model?
Any help much appreciated.
