If someone suspects that the mileage is not correct and uses the obd -2 tool to read off the actual mileage you could be in serious trouble unless you have declared the fact that the mileage is 7000 more than is displayed. We recently doubted the mileage on my car and my indy mechanic read off the true mileage (only 600 miles different). A legal sticker (similar to those used my the speedometer shops) attached to the left hand front door frame stating that the actual mileage is 7000 different should suffice.
