Adjusting Wastegate setting on T5 S70 1998

It made no real difference on my 98 T5, too.

I can feel a bigger difference if I disconnect the battery over
night and let the ECU reset to factory mapping. The car is a
rocket for the first 20 miles (or so) until it detunes itself
a bit (presumably to prevent ping with our 91 octane gas). Wish
it ran like that all the time!
