Wheel Lug Spacing

When I bought my 850R it had 15" steel wheels with Michelin MXV4 tires. My son recently gave me a set of 15" Alloy wheels from his Infinity which he sold. These are aftermarket wheels with spacing for 4.25" and 4.5" lug bolts. The Volvo requires 108.5 mm spacing which translates to 4.27" spacing; a difference of 2/100ths of an inch. I can get these on the car but I cannot seem to get them to balance, I have used the balancing spacers which are supposed to line the wheels centrally on the hub but it doesn't get rid of the vibration at about 60 mph. Any suggestions other than spend another $90.00 to put the tires back on the steel wheels !!!
