Feed them a lemon rind V70-XC70

California, unfortunately, does not have a lemon law with many teeth. So you might want to investigate or start the process now. Your car is an anomaly, and you need to determine the lemon law will back you up...or if the cost of continued ownership includes an extended warranty. Based on other posters here, when the dealership tires of battling you over the lemon law procedure, they'll (a) provide you a replacement car, and (b) in return ask you to sign a document that the car was not a lemon (they don't want their cars in the statistics).
