Problems with retention of headlight wiper blade on 2002 S60 AWD S60

The wiper blades on my 2002 S60 are falling off in normal use after a day or two. Does anyone know of some way to prevent this? They attach by loosely snapping onto the wiper arm and the attachment mechanism is not very secure. Unfortunately, these little blades are 15 US dollars each!

They work very well along with the associated headlight washer jet, and come as part of the cold weather package. They really helps keep the headlights clean in snowy or rainy weather so I'm hoping there is a simple solution to the blade attachment problem.

I *love* my new S60 AWD! It has phenomenal traction on snowy/icy roads and the heated seats are remarkably comfortable. It's lots of fun to drive on dry roads, too.

Best wishes,

Phil
