Experience w/ Volvo After Sales V70-XC70

I've been through having to deal with a new lemon. I had a VW, junk. I went through the lemon law BS, VW corporate policy, and VW told me they'll see me in court even though they know they would loose. (I would have won, I won't bother with the details). However, if volvo was what it was when I bought my '98, they should replace your car without court, since they seem to have ethics, versus VW. Definaely keep a record of ALL records of repairs, and start talking to a VOlvo N.A> representative, get a dialog going with Volvo.
