Fault in atuomatic gearbox (flashing arrow light) 850 1994

Check your code it will be your PNP switch this oftend happend in cold day..

My keep flashing and I keep clearing but the problem go away....if you want to replace the PNP swithch part cost $75 and you can do it yourself it not that hard.

I got the part but install it yes the car run fine it not limping around so I will do it in the summer time when it nice..

when the air flasing your car go very slow limp mode.... and oftend it will go aways .. it is the grease inside the PNP switch going bad and making poor conctact...

Oil leak in the turbo hose same website will show you how to do it yourself it is a cake walk... all you need it a new O-ring... yes it also have all the picture .

yes and forget about the evaporator for your air condition that need replace that it a $1200 job and it will leak again after 1 year.. we have 2 time replace at the dealer and it going bad again every own the 850 have the same problem why throw your money aways...


here is the solution your evaporator leak... go to Walmart by a recharge kit for $30 and recharge the airconditon yourself this will last you for 2 summer and when it stop .. spend another $30 and recharge it yourself this is something you can do with one hand... and it take 10 minutes..

car are easy don't be afraid get into it save yourself thounsand $$$$$ I am sicking tire take it to the dealer every month and they clean me out...

this board I have learn to work on my car and save so much $$$$$$$ I know nothing about car before but now I do all my own work ... You can do it or the dealer will lie to you and charge you $135 per hours and you keep taking it back ... Not all dealer are bad .. but I have not meet one that I am happy with.. My english is poor but hope you under stand what I said...

By yourself a floor jack and basic tools and you will the result.. tool go to your local fleat market and buy used tools for nothing ....
