keyless entry 850 1997

There are several different remotes used by Volvo during the 95-97 years and only the specific one for your vehicle will work. I have a 96 850 which has the upper lock/panic button and an unlock button below it. I thought that this one was standard on the 96/97 850's but someone on this site told me that he had a 97 850 with a different remote. You will need to go through the procedure for setting the frequency to the car, this is in your owners manual (if you dont have one let me know and I will email you the instructions).
