Getting Frustrated... Code P0103 850 1996

Now that my car's been down for 9 days now, and waiting at the dealership to decipher codes, I'm becoming frustrated. What started as a bad maf, deduced by my inde-mechanic has turned into a possible bad ECU, crazy as that may sound. So, I took the car back over to the dealer on Friday, who can't get me in till Tuesday to tell me if that is really the problem. Anyone want to tackle this again?

Symptoms:
Lack of cold-start idle.
Hesitation once well warmed up.
Putrid "rotten egg" smell when car hesitates.
Check Engine Light on, of course.
First code pulled "replace MAF"
Replaced MAF, now lists code P0103 (according to my trusted mechanic)
