2000 S70 versus 1998 S70 S70

Thanks for the input. The reason I want to trade is that I put on about 30k miles a year and would like a new car with less miles. Also, my 1998 has had several problems that kind of bug me. Right now I need to replace the air pump and check valve--a $600 job if done by a Volvo dealer. The dealer also says the front caliper boots are off and therefore it needs new calipers at $450. I was hoping that the 2000 Volvos had fixed some of the problems. The one that drives me crazy is all the burned out lightbulbs. I wish someone could explain the problem to me.
