V70 Trunk Latch Problem V70-XC70 1999

Roger if it like my V70 '01, the latch does not adjust. The Adjustment is in the hook at the bottom rear in the center of the body. There are bolts on each side of it, and it will slide forward or back to latch. Seems to me that it takes a Torex socket, like a #15. You can get a set of 4 at automotive supply houses, or Sears. Good Luck.

Sam
