Info on Power Gain 850 1997

What type of power gain should I expect from uses the Dawes devices boost controller on my 97 850 T-5 to raise my psi from 9.6 to 13? Also I was wondering how much more power I would gain by chipping (Say IPD since they use 13.3 psi of boost) instead of using a manual boost controller. Thanks
