97 850 antenna mast

The part is inexpensive and comes complete with installation instructions. The time it takes is the time to remove the exterior nut, turn on the radio, pull the antenna out completely as it protrudes out untill the entire mast and plastic toothed belt is removed. You install the new mast in the opposite direction, turn the radio off, feed the plastic toothed belt in the hole untill the gear grabs it, then feed the rest of the antenna down the hole untill completely down, replace nut, job done.
