Gas Mileage after ECU Upgrade? V70-XC70 2001

Does anyone know of miles per gallon loss after the ECU upgrade, IPD, TME or other? I know this is an aspect not normally advertised. I recently did the upgrade to my 2001 T-5 (with Heico in Germany), and think I am getting about 3 MPG less (used to average about 22, now 19 at the most). I know you can't have all that power for free, and the differnce is trully noticeable. Anyone else notice a difference in MPG?
