Vibration on steering wheel 850 1995

Hi,

I am both new to this forum and Volvo world. I've just bought my first car and Volvo two months ago. For about three weeks while driving between 55-65 mph there's a strange vibration on the steering wheel. It starts between 55-65 mph and then it goes away after speeding up/down a little bit. I've checked my steering wheel fluid and it seems OK. I've just have the alignment redone when I bought the car and I don't know what the problem might be. It only happens in that particular speed range. I wonder if the cause for this problem might be the control arms/baljoints, and if anyone had the same problem before. Thanks in advance for all considerations.
Ihsan
