The T-handle tool may be difficult to generate enough torque. I ended up inserting a long screwdriver in the hanging hole of the T-handle to get more leverage. The plastic handle flexed quite a bit, but the screw eventually came loose. It might be worth trying some penetrating oil on the screw in advance.
