1. Have you tried penetrating oil on the screw head? Or lots of WD-40?

2. Does the T-handle tool have a hanging hole in the end of the handle? If so, try a long philips screwdriver through it to give you more mechanical leverage. If it's a plastic handle, it may bend and bend, but you might just get enough torque to loosen the screw. It only has to work once, right?
